Technical Resource
We have a team of technical specialists, primarily focussed in the Microsoft and IBM technology sets. These consultants can be provided to you either as a managed service (i.e. end to end project involvement from scoping, design and implementation) or to supplement your own projects teams skills.

IT Management Services
We deliver a set of services to help manage the IT services for our clients, including:
- IT Strategy Development and Iimplementation. This includes the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures to cover areas such as licensing, hardware, new starters, leavers and so on.
- IT Budget Development, Monitoring and Management.
- IT Service reporting including: health, impending issues and KPI's
- IT Reviews - to include service and strategy
- Communications and training
Independent Technical Review
Where senior management wish to gain a thorough understanding of the business challenges, in particular relation to IT, we provide a team of senior consultants to perform an independent technical review.
Projects such as this include a review of the strategy, technical infrastructure, applications, people and processes employed.
The outcome of such a project is a written report together with a presentation to the exec team / project sponsors with an overview of the current IT unit's position (strengths and weaknesses), key challenges with suggested priorities, long term structure development (systems and people) and recommendations.
