Project Management

Project management is a carefully planned and organised effort to accomplish a specific (and usually) one-time effort, for example, moving offices or implementing a new computer system.

Our ability to bring relevant technical experience to a project gives us the capacity to deliver cost-effective projects that meet client requirements on time and within budget.
Whilst we believe that ‘been there done that’ experience is highly beneficial in terms of reducing the amount of personal learning during the project process, we also ensure that our project managers follow a robust methodology. We have chosen Prince II as that methodology and have a number of Prince accredited staff.
