Extending CRM to Mobile for Film Production Company
Polymorph has worked with a leading UK film production company, itself a subsidiary of a US based production company with over 1,200 titles in its film library, to mobilise their existing customer relationship management system for use by traveling employees.
The company size in terms of employees outside of production times is approx. 50 growing to in excess of 700 during production. As a leading film producer based in London, extensive global travel particularly during production, is par for the course. Effective management of these contacts is crucial.
