Capital Incentives and Motivation Ltd are one of the UK's premier incentives companies, with an annual turnover of £40 million their recent divestment from Bank of Scotland required them to deploy their own messaging and applications infrastructure.

Polymorph's Role
Polymorph were approached and tasked to provide a solution to migrate all mail and application data from the Bank of Scotland. In addition there was to be no loss of service during the migration and project completion had to be within 8 weeks.
